How far in advance should I schedule the transport of my
vehicle?
We request that you schedule your move as soon as possible
to insure that your car is moved within the time frame which
best meets your schedule. However, if an immediate pick up
is necessary, we can arrange for your vehicle to be picked
up within 24 hours.
What method of payments do car shippers accept?
Car Shippers usually accept credit cards, money orders or
cashier's checks.

What is an oversize fee?
Some vehicles are much larger than traditional passenger
vehicles. Most full size SUVs fit in to this category. Because
of the extraordinary dimensions, these vehicles take up the
amount of space normally used for two vehicles, thus resulting
in the need for an “oversize” fee.
Where will my car be picked up and delivered?
Most auto shippers have access to over 100 terminals across
the country. You can drop off and pick up your vehicle at
one of these terminals or, for an additional charge, your
vehicle can be picked up and delivery at a location more convenient
for you, like your home or office.
Do I have to be present when we pick pick up or deliver
your vehicle?
Yes, we request you, or a designated person, be present
upon pick up of your vehicle. An inspection is performed and
a contract bill of lading must be signed.
What is door to door versus terminal to terminal service?
A service option for a personal vehicle is door pick up
and/or delivery. Most car movers operate a terminal network
of over 100 locations throughout the US. If door to door service
is requested, a local truck is dispatched to your desired
and convenient location.
How do I prepare my vehicle?
Please have a no more that 1/4 tank of fuel, remove all
personal items from your vehicle, repair any chips and/or
cracks in your windows and make sure your vehicle is prepared
for changing weather conditions.
Can you guarantee a pick up and delivery date?
Yes, you can ask for a guaranteed delivery date and the
car mover will try its best to accommodate your schedule.
Due to weather conditions or other unpredictable or uncontrollable
circumstances this date may not always be able to be met;
if this happens you will be given a status update within 24
hours, during week days only.
